Wic Clerk (32 hours/week) High school of GED completion. One year office experience preferred. Microsoft Office Suites required. Keyboarding at 25 wpm. Must have customer service skills. Travel required. Must provide and maintain current Oklahoma Driving records with no outstanding violations. At time of application testing for, Microsoft Office Suites and Keyboarding. One-year chair side experience in dental office or Dental Assistant certificate required. Scheduler MNIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Bilingual: Required English/Spanish. High school or GED completion with positive interpersonal skills. Computer data entry skills and keyboarding skills required. Telephone Operator, Reception experience, and Medical Terminology preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks, flexible, polite/pleasant, willingness to help, ability to follow directions, even-tempered, dependable, neat and clean in appearance, ability to work with limited oversight. Must be able to speak on telephone in clear distinct tone of voice and accurately relay information to appropriate staff. At time of application, computer testing.
